Raleigh NC Wholesalers -- Potential Q and A session

I'm reaching out to the newbees in or around Raleigh, NC. I'm considering conducting a FREE 90 minute Q and A session for any newer investors (focusing on wholesalers or flippers) to answer questions along the topics of financing, how assignment contracts work and whether they make sense, the difference in NC between DD and EMD deposits, and some other basics. Our conference room holds 10 to 12 people. I'm open to doing this on a Saturday morning or during the week. I'm not sure if this is something of interest for the BP crowd or not. If you are interested, feel free to respond to this public posting or PM me.

I'm not selling anything, and not offering future mentorship deals. Just offering to help.

Man, you are a way better person than I am. I have the experience, but none of the patience, time, or desire to make such an offer.

I don't spend much time on BP now, but it's great to see people like you dedicated to the trade. From what I see on BP posts, there is a need for an in-person, F-2-F event that will, most likely, get people closer to their own reality. This business isn't for everyone, and unfortunately very few newbies know that.

I wish you the best success.

Sidebar:  At some point, we should talk about a get together for people building subdivisions, small commercial ($1M - $10M), and/or building apartments. Since we (my company) sold our apartment in Raleigh, I'm never there anymore... I'm less interested (based on price) in downtown. yet there is a lot going on in southern Wake, northern Harnett and Johnston counties where I am seeing development like Apex from 15-20 years ago, Holly Springs 10-15 years ago, and Fuquay 5-10 years ago. Interesting time.
