Hey guys,I am getting mixed reviews about various skip tracing services.

I'm looking for an instant bulk skip tracing provider that will run a list for less than $50 so I can see if the numbers are accurate before buying more.

I don't know if other people are having this problem, but the majority of the phone numbers I get from the skip tracing service I use: REISkip, are either out of service or just wrong numbers, and they're not even numbers of relatives or people who have lived in the property I'm asking about.

What skip tracing service are wholesalers and flippers using these days?

I am looking for a skip-tracing platform that is accurate and is capable of skipping individuals, companies, and trusts.

@Scott FisherScott, thanks for your reply.I'm familiar with the landlord packet, I just must have skipped over page 66 before. 

Through research I've learned that mass texting and RVM is illegal from a skip traced list that hasn't consented.
