New member from San Francisco
I'm from San Francisco, working in tech. I'm looking to invest across the US, with our first focus being in Columbus, OH. Fairly new to the real estate game, some experience investing in REITs and via Fundrise, and on route to buying the first property in the next 90 days
Initial goal: buy and hold, cashflow single-family home in Columbus
Mid-term goal: graduate to multi-family in OH, then expand to other states in the mid-west - all buy and hold, cash-flow-ing
Long term goal: become financially independent, cashflow neutral, so neither me and my wife have to "work" for a living
Not selling anything, just want to chat with people with similar goals/areas of interest

@titus capilnean Welcome to the site! I am originally from Columbus, Ohio but living here in the Bay Area also. I have not invested in Columbus, yet...but you will find it is a great area for cashflow...especially compared to the Bay Area. I believe @Mark Welp can help you out in Columbus.
