Best Skip Tracing Services in Texas

I don't know if other people are having this problem, but the majority of the phone numbers I get from the skip tracing service I use: REISkip, are either out of service or just wrong numbers, and they're not even numbers of relatives or people who have lived in the property I'm asking about. Anybody have any experience with a good skip tracing service for Texas? Or any other tips on how to find quality phone numbers? Thanks guys!
