John Moore Foundation repairs vs ARV

My foundation guy is professional, licensed contractor and will provide an engineers report and lifetime warranty on his work - been in the biz for a long time and is well known in the area. but I've never really given any thought to whether or not the ARV will be effected by having a repaired foundation - anyone have experience or wisdom on this??

I will need to have a structural engineer out to make sure, but really did not see any cracks in the foundation just a few cracks in the brick and the fireplace had a gap on one side.

There will have to be utilities, roads, landsaping, grading, sidewalks, streets, sewer lines, etc. put in, lots of engineering to do, possible environmental and soils testing, subdivision map costs, etc.

Two house payments, truck payment, child support, utilities, newly married by only 2 months, pregnant wife who coudn't get a job at the time cause she also is in the auto industry as an engineer and I could go on but I won't.I am proof of life after the auto industry fall and every day Michigan and Metro Detroit pull ahead more and more as I have 10 times fold from where I was before the fall!
