Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and found a lot of useful information. I'd like to network with people on this forum and gain more insight into real estate investment.

I haven't done any real estate investment and currently I'm looking into buying a 2 bedroom condo in Los Angeles. More specifically I'm looking into Long Beach and also south of LA (Irvine, Aliso Viejo, etc). I would like to understand what areas I should focus on.
