The trick for anything that is not SFR is to reverse engineer a few properties to find the right combination of State and County Land use + zoning. 

I know this property is in a transition zone IE just brought into the UGB and city of HIllsboro actually. 

However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller’s Market zone so watch changes in the MAI.

It's based on zoning, use, sq ft and largely driven by sales data. 

The management company said it was in working order, so why costs to repair and red flags that the cost is split as another resident damaged it...what is the truth-it was fine or it was damaged already or did it damage another person's car as well?
