From what I can gather, the best way to motivate new investors like you and me is to get clear on the why.I hope this non-answer helps!

I would definitely research individual costs for rehab projects (floors, bathrooms, kitchen repair, etc.)

I just went to my first meeting in Appleton this month, and there are lots of like-minded, experienced individuals to learn from there. 

Some accredited individuals find this a bit annoying/invasive.

I have been as nice, professional and respectful as possible throughout this situation as when I had initially met him he seemed like a highly motivated stand-up guy.

If you check out my post about probate lists, it was pretty much reposting that with an update on results over the course of the last year and growing to 25+ deals/month with the information given in the post.It had very little to do with promoting my products, and a lot to do with a valuable topic.

@Dennis Weber ,In my experience, the way tax liens are set up-yes they do appear to be sold off in "bundles" to larger investment institutions; tax deeds, (in Hamilton County where I live) are sold individually.
