What types of opportunities do you think are most prevalent in Chattanooga?

My biggest fear is getting stuck with something after a 3rd party decides to not go through with a deal.

I am very feared don't know should i be looking for drop out from college.

I've been looking for weeks, there's literally nothing out there cashflowing enough to pay Loan, HELOC, management, and all other rental expenses.I fear it may be too late to enter the game at this point.

Many people sit on the sidelines spending way too much time educating themselves to the point where they are overloaded with information and become too afraid to take action for fear of making a mistake.

You can do the purchase of any property without an agent, it happens all the time, it is just not as prevalent as buying/selling with a licensed agent.

The smarter (over-analyzer) can't make a decision because they are ruled by fear because they are terrified of making a mistake.

I have 1 fourplex and 6 duplexes but both property types are prevalent in the area so comps were easy to find. 

You can spend years “educating” yourself and dig yourself into a fear cycle. 

It’s a strategy that has become more prevalent the past few years.
