Hello everybody,

New to the real estate game and new to the Buffalo area. I wanted to get into the wholesale method but before I got started I wanted to speak to a local lawyer who was familiar with the market and writing contracts. My biggest fear is getting stuck with something after a 3rd party decides to not go through with a deal. Any advice and any contacts with local investors would be greatly appreciated.
