Not only that, but the Clifton train station which is a half mile away (walking distance) gets you in Penn Station NY and/or Hoboken/Jersey City in 25 minutes.

Life will be tough, I started the ball rolling and had a whole park condemned by the city to get rid of it, it was tuned into a fire station and a park.

If you area bit more intrepid, B- to C+ neighborhoods like Station North or North Calvet Green in Barclay might be your thing.

@Trevor FentonThis is actually a great way to build a diverse portfolio; there are loads of military members with properties near every duty station Where they served during their careers. 

I’m getting stationed in Florida and would lose a significant amount of cash flow if I had both properties being managed professionally.

Dad was stationed in the Air Force base out of Blytheville.

Here in denver there has been higher appreciation around the light rail stations.
