We do not have such a thing since we use our cell phones for personal and landlord purposes. 

My background is in graphic design, web design, social media, journalism, festival management and (more recently) property management.

Included in my monthly fee is the cell phone service for the wireless connectivity fee (so no one has to go to the property to read meters).  

Everyone has a cell phone now, so unless it's required by law, I'd just put in cable and I bet no tenants would complain about that.

I can't negotiate with the cell phone co.

I believe it was things like group internet.But adding cell towers to increase income, or getting group discounts to help lower expenses, can help the hard working but low income folks have a good clean and safe place to live at an affordable cost.You can't help someone who is not ready or willing to be helped.

@Raul Pedrozo I have had tenants not respond to texts or calls only to find out their cell phone number changed or they didn't recharge it.

And they'll get a cell phone and you can text them.  

If the problem is really bad, I would be willing to say consider a "car wash allowance" of say $10 a week which translates to say $40 a month of rent reduction...to me is easier than a car frame or self car washing.Speaking of particular tenants, I once had one who complained that her cell reception while inside is 2 bars instead of 4 bars as if this is something I have any control over.
