But obviously I can’t endorse that since it involves lying to your insurance company 😭Other issues come up less frequently, like asbestos insulation / pipe wraps or siding, aluminum wiring (rare), aluminum siding (not terrible but not great), slowly corroding old cast iron pipes, cesspools instead of septic, underground oil tanks, the ever present lead paint (just has to be completely encapsulated), gas on gas heating, etc.

@Julio Garcia I talked to our lender but she doesn't do out of California so I think what's next is for me to iron out my target location and then really focus on building my team i.e. agent, lender, and pm.
