Kevin:  I am new to RE investing, so I appreciate your insight a lot.

Seems to me in general people are working and have a family, sleeping, eating, cleaning, maintaining a pet and a car is all a major % of their time, they don't or can't or won't spend the time needed to be expert/comfortable enough to participate in and be good at stock investing for example. 

Then I got on bigger pockets and learned about BRRRR and thought this could be a great opportunity to refinance to get to the next one.What say ye, experts of biggerpockets?

You really do need to get some trusted local experts on your team so you don't snap up something that looks like a great deal and end up getting "snapped" yourself!

I'd really appreciate it if anyone would share some insights, even if just briefly.

Everybody thinks being an expert is the answer, but in my opinion "FIT" is the key. 

Just reaching out to the community to seek opinions of the experts out there.
