@Mark Shelstad oh you're right i wasn't thinking about that. 2 of the rooms had new wiring as it was a 2nd living room with no power we converted to a bedroom and office.

So if the numbers work out maybe that 4 unit can be expanded. ie: convert existing structure to 2 units and add 2 units. might make sense number wise, you are already doing a big job.Question is price and upper limit in your area.
