You need team members that enhance your business.

CO is definitely moving in the wrong direction in my view with many policies.This is another reason why I am more hesitant on STRs than some of the big cheerleaders out there.STR laws change rapidly, and unpredictable politics can make or break a business.

I'm a real estate agent and I'm looking to bring on a cold caller(s) or an IDR within the year for my Residential Sales Business.

Some states such as Georgia require you be an attorney to conduct real estate signings or have extra licenses such as a title producers license in Maryland to conduct signings.

WA State law (RCW 59.18.257) requires that landlords provide prospective tenants with written, qualifying criteria prior to obtaining any information about a prospective tenant, including what types of information will be accessed to conduct the tenant screening and what criteria may result in denial of the application.This does not need to be in an Ad (Vasudev Kirs ), but does need to be stated when someone applies, before filling out the information. 

He is definitely a person/business that we are trying to model in the general contracting space here in Chicago. 

If we ran out real estate businesses like the IRS ran their B.S. we'd be run out of town.
