I know everyone says to hire a PM company but that is rarely a good choice when you are starting out (at least in my area).

I'm working for a family run real estate investment company and we are starting to expand into the DFW area from OKC.

Im spending about $10,000 a month :0Obviously different running PM company, but:- PMS- Pricing- Automations (locks)- Web hosting- AirDNA pro- Docusign- EZCare- Channel Manager- LSI Tools- SlackProbably forgetting some. 

My son lives in Davis County and has his own personal window company and 12 houses worth $500,000  in great neighborhoods.

Hey All, I am purchasing a friends property in Cleveland, OH with a wraparound mortgage (my first time doing this) and I was wondering if anyone can refer a lawyer/title company that can assist with this please.

Within that time frame the business's revenue has grown significantly and has outran my tax write-offs from buying the company.

As for the quality, it depends on company. 

I use a management company so didn't advertise to any of my STR guests that I was the owner.

I have made it from my long term process to short/mid terms and I have found myself in a predicament as I am investing from out of state (Atlanta GA) and have purchased a str that I will be staying in 1 week a month (Liberty MO north of Kansas City MO).Predicament All property management companies I have done my research on have horrible reviews, as most of them do, and with STR it’s not exactly passive but more hands on in my experience with investing in ATL.Does anybody out there have a recommendation for PM companies I can work with that are not from the horror story days that I have heard all the way back from when Josh Dorkin was hosting?
