Need Your Expertise! Looking for vendor referrals for MTR properties in the DFW area

Hello BP friends! I'm working for a family run real estate investment company and we are starting to expand into the DFW area from OKC. It's a really exciting transition for us. We have a great network of vendors in OKC, but we're starting from scratch in TX. I'm looking for your vetted referrals in the following areas:

- Carpet 

- Appliances (fridge, washer/dryer)

- Landscaping Maintenance

- Delivery handlers or valet service

- LVP flooring


We would really appreciate your knowledge and suggestions! And we'll definitely let your star vendor partners know that it was you that referred us =)
