Depending on how bad the cracking is, it may be better to re-pour.I would get an engineer's report and then ask any foundation company to quote on that report.

The problem really comes down to the fact that the majority of these vacation rental platforms are not designed for enterprise use (because they're marketed towards consumers), so there's multiple proprietary systems to try to map out for someone to sync them all, rather than being built to map with the GDS (global distribution system) platforms that more traditional booking engines (Expedia, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc) use.

I'm an Electrical engineer, I am not super familiar with all the building / electrical codes but I don't believe they will apply to a low voltage installation.You said that the lights are 12volts @ 0.1amps this would be 1.2W which is really not bright enough to light anything.
