Tenant was released after serving about one month and returned to his residence.Tenant in ICE holding facility before being deported... we communicated via family and we had his mailing address.

I've notice that properties are being sold with the printed line "pending at ink" which means the seller accepted an offer before the property gets released on MLS.

(A local title company and realtor did a big press release on a transaction without the seller's knowledge/permission and it went sideways very quickly...you need to know that they have your back).Hope this helps...

yea youll have to get details on your lease agreement.. what did you agree to what are the terms.. but they can charge you towards your deposit for repairs and make ready. but if you have a letter from them releasing you then they cant charge your for early term or re leasing
