I friend of mine who's been doing this recently has been just looking up the owners through tax records and then looking up those names with a WhitePages subscriptionThat's what I would look at first , good luck !

But you should be able to see from your survey showing the easement where it is recorded and go to the county clerk's website and download the original easement document.
