I asked how he guessed this and he said: “...every landlord I talk to who seems to enjoy it, and wants to take on more, has 1 bedroom units.”Now, I know all real estate is local and every market is different, but I thought this was an interesting observation and have wondered about it ever since.

I have downloaded all of Bigger Pockets as well as Real Estate Investing Mastery and enjoy them thoroughly.
