I think that’s great how you are networking with your clients that you have sold homes to and turning them into investors with you.Anyone else out there that has been able to maintain a job that you like and build a real estate empire that wouldn’t mind sharing how you did it.

If you're interested in networking with people doing similar things.I haven't done MFRs out-of-state but done plenty of SFRs.

Other than your personal network and a forum like Bigger Pockets, what are the best places to read (or hear), not so much real estate HOW-TO, but real estate NEWS?

It is a great site for networking and learning from other investors.
