My name is Pablo Guzman and I live in Beverly Hills, CA.  I have been part of large real estate syndications, most recently in the mobile home sector, and am now looking to expand to out of state multifamily. Especially interested in seeing how other members in Southern California or other high real estate markets are navigating out of state deals. I'm excited to join the community!
