I did not expect them to answer every call on the first ring or even return calls with the hour, but they would go a full day or two before responding.

My brothers and I are also considering going in together on a foreclosed wedding reception hall that is brand new.

I think all full time investors spend there days looking for deals, But what do you do when you have a few deals working, a few deals closed and being renovated and the phone is ringing?

That is on Wed so it would also be the first thing you can check out if you are motivated to get out. 

AS they bring little to no value.. and are just basically looking for those that are unsophisticated who wont take 5 minutes to ring a broker.. and if the tax records say 295k  then it will sell for 325k or better..
