Creating a good reputation is vital before I work with investors...WOM travels fast in that community I believe.

Trusts are typically applicable when planning 5+ years before skilled nursing care is required.

Doing the work yourself is great , if you have the time , skills , tools and money .  

It does take some skill/experience.- Save money where you can.

I'm happy to meet with you to discuss your goals and see if my skills would fit on your team.  

It depends on the quality of property management and on the skills and interests of the property owner.

This of course depends on the individual, skill level, and a lot more things that I chose not to list in this session. (3) HARDWORK- This is the one thing that 99% of the people who do Real Estate are afraid of, Hard Work.  

Ask if they've done any deals with the buyer, whether the vitals of the deal meet their requirements (and how much cash the buyer would have to contribute).
