I just wanted to network because I just recently got super interested in all of this talk about house hacking and brrrr like two weeks ago and have been lookin for the best method to kick start my drive on this road to financial freedom. 

Before doing a thorough inspection on the house to accurately estimate the rehab job, is there a quick method that anyone uses to calculate the rehab?

Over and over I hear the BRRRR method, but I consistently stumble over it and grasp it a little but then the fundamentals are washed away by wordiness.

It just depends on what loan suites you best.So the BRRRR method is designed to limit your out of pocket costs when buying an investment property.

Based on your own experience, what other methods of property analyzing systems do you use to vet a property other than the BP calculator?

@Brandon Turner would get a private money lender and then use the BRRRR method. 

Lots of old houses were built before codes were enforced so we see lots of things like missing headers or strange methods for hanging joists or cut out structural elements for heating ducts and things. 

This is the most secure method of investing for you right now, even if you are worried about a recession.

Everyone has their own methods.
