Both will benefit from the flying taxes in ~2025 lol.Both will benefit from the Brightline high speed train in a couple years.Both have ports which cruises can take off from.One has amazing beaches and Busch Gardens, the other has woke Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld.
