Even just one to organize with. 

I griped at the time but in retrospect I was paid fairly and taught a valuable skill at the same time.  

I am looking for any organization systems help that can be offered to help us run a well oiled machine.

But monitored topics will not allow you to place into a certain folder to organize them, so other monitored topics (such as ones you start) will be intermixed; but monitoring will send you an email alert that bookmarking won't do. 

What would be the best entry level position that would build the skills and network I need? 

I do have skill and knowledge to fix up properties to sell or rent.
