Potential Investor Trying To Get Started
I'm a 30 year flooring contractor in Maryland trying to get started in real estate investing. I dont have much money to start out with. I do have skill and knowledge to fix up properties to sell or rent. Can anyone share some ideas or some sort of guidance as to where I should start and what can I do to get started. There is a real estate investment school in my area but they want $15,000.00 to attend. I know I can do this, just having a difficult time getting started.
