Rehab cost app

can anyone recommend a good app for iPad that will aide in estimating rehab costs for a property. Even just one to organize with.

Once you have some experience, you won't need an app.  There's no point in trying to get it down to the dollar anyway (or even hundred or thousand dollars).  Cause, if you are buying right, missing the estimate by a few thousand won't kill you.  So you make 18K instead of 20K (for example).  It's still a good deal.
