I have 5 brand new, full gut single family renovations I'd like to hold for rent.

@Michael Bacile I still self manage yes. 16 properties. 5 duplexes all in the same area and 6 single families in the same county.

Is there anyone attempting to work with their local housing agency or housing authority to receive a property tax exemption in exchange for agreeing to rent your single family house based on some sort of income restriction?

I now have an awesome property manager in Spokane now and haven’t missed a single rent check!

Another thing, I eventually want to purchase a single family home for me, my wife, and 6 children.

I could buy 2 of these and still have money left for a single family home that only needs 20k down.

My current idea is to acquire a mobile home lot in Arizona (not in a park, just a single residential lot near many other privately owned lots for MH's), seller finance the MH if possible, and rent the lot.. kind of like a single-pad MHP. 

Call the guy up and make a conscious choice not to use an acronym when you talk to him and make him explain every single last acronym he tosses at you.

I'm asking anybody with experience in new construction what a ball park price for a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath home would be?

Two years ago I quit my Job in which I worked for 11 years, I invested most of my savings in Single Family Houses, buy, fix and rent and so far is going good.
