Multiple Loans used for REI
NEWBIE ALERT
I’m just a little lost about the loan process. I want to purchase a multi-family (four plex) to rent out, but im concerned that if I get approved for a loan it hinder my future purchases for more multi-family homes. Another thing, I eventually want to purchase a single family home for me, my wife, and 6 children. Will that also interfere with me with being approved or should I focus on making the first purchase a home for my family? Right now we stay with my grandfather. Me and my wife are both self-employed. I run a commercial recording studio and she owns a hair salon.
