I certainly think there should be property tax and utility bill relief as well (state covers proportional amount and pays to the municipality/utility, perhaps).With evictions halted, what alternate solution is being proposed?

Sounds bad but will probably be your cheapest solution in the long run. 

I love my tenants and aim to always take great care of them.Halting rent payment for 90 days is an inequitable solution.

Yea I wouldn't think a large deposit is necessary if you've got a reliable lender.

If a qualified tenant is unable to pay rent we should obviously work out a solution for them to pay us rent in installments, etc.

I know many have discussed being proactive with tenants, coming up with solutions for them to pay, etc.

pretty easy and fees/taxes aren't crazy that would be a solution.

@Greg Moore I’ve read the thread and, perhaps I missed it, but to those who are “roasting” the current appraisal process and appraisers in general, what is the solution?
