I certainly think there should be property tax and utility bill relief as well (state covers proportional amount and pays to the municipality/utility, perhaps).With evictions halted, what alternate solution is being proposed?

If a qualified tenant is unable to pay rent we should obviously work out a solution for them to pay us rent in installments, etc.
