The best bet is to build a relationship with a local credit union or bank, sometimes they have a portfolio division and are willing to invest in you.Like I said, I haven't been in the business for a while and I currently deal with private investors now so I may be a little out of the loop but I hope this helps!

That led me to attending some workshops in my area which allowed me to network with both seasoned and new investors like myself and really focus on self education.My main focus is on learning how to wholesale properties that would then sometime in the future allow me to move to a buy and hold strategy and build my real estate portfolio.
