I have my suspicions that's why mobile home parks are trending for investors these days.

I'm a W2 earner, I have a note I'm carrying for 5 years and 1 rental.I came across a rv park with 9 spaces and 6 1970 mobiles that come with the property.

That plan should entail renting portable heaters, possibly putting the tenant up in a hotel or being prepared to not receive rent from the tenant based on the property not being habitable.I just closed on an SFH rental here in NC that also had a 20-year-old HVAC system.

I recently flipped a mobile home with personal funds.

This may not fit well with the existing house or neighborhood, but how about making a spot for a mobile home back there? 

The military rewards education with more career mobility and access to higher paying jobs.

Currently have one with Wells Fargo bank, I like it because it easy to use and make payments on the mobile app.

@David Denzy the important item here is not the physical work that would need to be done to switch from park model to mobile home, but whether the zoning for the property will even allow it. 

I suspect this new found mobility is happening in other parts of the country as well.  

Do not for a second believe that you can't finance a property unless it's a mobile home on a movable foundation....and even then it's just about finding the right bank.
