It all depends on the location & limits of coverage.With a single rental in the same state, I'd suggest marketing your Home, Auto and rental as a single package. 

I also highly recommend "Every Landlord's Legal Guide" by NOLO because it is full of practical advice and it links to your State laws.The Lease Agreement Package from BP has a strong lease and some other forms.

I have an opportunity to acquire 12 more doors in a package deal but lack some funds until my cash out refi closes.

The certifier will do computer modeling and onsite testing to create and provide a certification package.

If you have an appliance package stolen I would not consider that "building materials".
