Insurance recommendations for new investment in TX

Hello everyone,

We are getting ready to move to a new home but plan to keep our current home as an investment. I am wondering what I should expect with regards to the insurance costs. This will be our first investment home so not 100% sure how much the existing insurance will change. We understand it will likely go up but wanted to get recommendations on the coverages we should get or make sure we have.

Also, any recommendations on insurance companies. We currently have USAA but want to shop around.
