I can take a lot of chips out of play and feel extremely secure but still be ready to swoop in like a vulture if we have another serious crisis.

I live in the Oak Cliff/West Dallas but I spend a lot of my time up north (Plano, Frisco etc.)

kind of like buying some blue chip stock to anchor your portfolio then buying some high risk high return stock..
