Broader question - has anyone been approved for EIDL loan yet or received an communication?

I would recommend them, they have a very efficient team and communicate frequently

They know they cannot be evicted, so communication before and after the onset of the virus is essential to maintaining a good relationship with the tenants. 

Fast forward, made it through to closing and was handed the keys a couple weeks before Christmas while representing myself through the whole purchase with constant communication with the wholesaler and the title company.

We can find another property management company, but I have to say we've been happy with the level of communication (often the greatest criticisms of property owners), the documentation, and their performance.

Communication on both ends is important. 

Be sure to properly communicate how you can deliver results for their company and how you may be able to expand their operations.

Overall, they keep the place very neat, are good/consistent with communication and seem to have vested interest in staying long term.
