Real estate agent contract termination covid-19

I signed a 3 month contract with Real Estate agent to sell my house, however, due to covid-19 and showings suspension, I would like to get out of that contract, as I do not see the benefit of just online showings, since anything online is something I can do myself.

However, I do not have any force majeure clause in the contract.

I still have a month and a half left before contract expires.

Would it be unfair to ask to terminate my contract with the real estate agent and void all agreements on that contract?

Communication can work magic. Just talk to them. Explain that you don't feel this is the right time to list the home with a REALTOR and you would like to terminate the agreement. IF they refuse, suck it up and ride it out. It's a good way to learn if you've selected a quality REALTOR or not.

Agreed i know my wife would never ever make someone keep their home on the market that wish's to take if off market and would let you out. And when i was doing this I would do the same.. the bad vibes are not worth it.
