Biggerpockets Community,
I am 22 years old with no real estate experience and will be interviewing with a small investment firm. This is my first real estate interview!
Their typical deals look like this...
Buy at: $60-80k /// /Rehab expenses: $12-25k ////ARV: $125-175k ///// Profit ~ $25k per deal
They buy about 10 properties per month, mostly residential. Sounds like they're netting $2.5-3M/yr
My role would be more so on the marketing side. Helping to assess ROI through a variety of different digital marketing channels.
My question is what are some key things to touch on during this interview and what are some good questions I could bring with me?
Thanks all!!!
