Go find other ways to get the money. 1/2 way through @Dave Van Horn's book on notes, and he hasn't even got to notes yet, and its all about his creative financing real estate BEFORE he got into notes.

We are also on the waiting list for the paynearme rollout and are looking forward to that functionality.Per my husband who does most of the books: Buildium Accounting provides you the tools to mostly keep you from having to do the raw general ledger accounting-- it streamlines the property management accounting requirements and makes life easier ESPECIALLY for someone not accustomed to quickbooks or some other standard double entry system.
