Good afternoon BP. My name is Joi and if taken the first step into Real Estate investing by starting out as a wholesaler. I currently work I  hospitality which gives me a lot of insight in building positive, ongoing customer relationships, and proper negotiating and sales tactics. I think my positive attitude and desire to do the right thing will make me very successful in this business.
