Plenty of these turnkey providers are scamming out of state investors who are buying inventory in worse than advertised neighborhoods, with terrible rehabs, site unseen.  

Conversely, there are a lot of scam artists with little to no knowledge and/or experience which gives the industry a bad reputation. 

Or are you advising them on how to avoid scams?

If someone is selling real estate on eBay it's probably either a scam or a property that has no value.

The only way to "fix" credit is paying bills on time and allowing 7 years to pass from the time the derogatory mark was placed on the credit report.There are scams out there promising to fix credit.

I've seen those postings before, but didn't know if they were scams or not.

Looks like scam/spam to me... you should maybe try filtering your craigslist leads through a form using mailchimp, constant contact....etc.
