I've been reading posts on the bigger pockets forums for a while now. I think there is a lot of great information on this website. I've been busy the last couple of years buying and renovating distressed single family homes for the past three years. I look forward to learning so much from these forums. I'm currently investing in single family distressed homes. I buy, renovate, and hold most of them. I have a fairly conservative approach to investing. We don't have any kind of investor network that I'm aware of in central, IL so I'm hoping to branch out and meet other investors in the area as well as on this site. I find that I'm outgrowing my current business model and I'm looking at the bigger picture going forward.
