She calls to tell me she has mailed me a "money order" and I should get it before Easter,  but "the mail runs late" during the holidays so it may take a few more days.

The lot rent has been really expensive lately, and I had a few crappy renters, so I was really ready for a break after 3 years and some extreme personal problems.

How much work money do you need to finish?

I've been absent from the forums due to finishing my master's thesis, which interrupted me in the start of my search several months back in the Des Moines area for a cash-flowing rental possibility.Now that I've turned in the thesis (yaaaay!!!)

A little late to the thread, but was wondering if the meet up is still going on monthly and when/where the next would be?

Is it too late to reopen the offer?
