Hi Everyone,I live in NYC and I'm excited in meeting people on this forum.I currently have a real estate brokerage in NYC but looking to invest elsewhere along the east Coast.

I'm excited to begin investing some cash in buy and hold rental properties along with implementing the BRRR method.

I'm excited to dive into things and hope to start investing within the next year or so.

Folks get excited about the thief on the cross not being baptized, there were many others who Jesus forgave.

At first I was told I qualified for owner occupancy rates and  a low percentage down and that excited me as it freed up some capital.After I told the loan officer I was on the deed to the house I am currently in they recommended that I remove myself or I wont get the better rate and percent as a down payment.I am okay with any avenue at this point but I found it really odd.

Really excited to be here , this alone is a step for me . 

@Jordan PrattMy recommendation would be to crush one thing at a time.I have a nasty habit (and my wife can attest to this) of getting so excited about so many things and trying to do all of them at once.
