Hi everyone , I’m here to Absorb knowledge from every angle also to network build relationships.

I have a couple of rental properties in NJ and for the last 5 years I’ve been stuck and don’t know why I can’t pull the trigger on any deals . This needs to change so hopefully I found the right place . Been wanting to get away from buying retail and fix and hold . Really excited to be here , this alone is a step for me .
