There is a fundamental difference between charging a flat fee like you are to cover administrative costs and running a maintenance arm out of a Property Management Company that encourages discounting work so they can recognize an additional revenue stream. 

The first was changing a small electrical sub panel which currently holds 2 fuses to an up to code breaker box.

But I get it if you can invest 500.00 U certainly cant buy whole notes or secured positions with such a small amount. becomes a personal decisions make 7.5% with risk of losing it all or buy T bills for about 5% with zero risk.. its up to the individual investors.

Hello All,I'm a small bay flex industrial owner operator.

As I understand it, the Small Business Administration (SBA) doesn't loan money, it partially guarantees a loan from an approved lender to a qualified borrower, so the money is owed to a lender, not the SBA. 

IE the loan we got for our coast property requires we use it a minimum number of days per year and cannot lease it out either directly or through a property manager for STR use, for a period of time.   

I'm eager to kickstart my business, but I could use some direction on where to begin.

I have MFs so I can definitely steer you in the right direction and guide you on the Florida journey.

I feel confide that by the end of this program I will have a solid understanding of wholesaling and analyzing any market local or virtual, how to leverage direct mailing and TTP, and hopefully be focusing on scaling at that point... which is way more than expected.
